The General Data Protection Regulation provides for the following rights the individuals may exercise in connection with the processing of their personal data: 

    Right of access by the data subject to his data being processed by the data controller; 
    Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;  
    Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of a personal data that is being processed unlawfully or without legal basis (expire period of retaining, withdrawn consent, performed initial purpose for which they have been collected, etc.) 
    Right to restriction of processing in the event of a legal dispute between the controller and the data subject until the dispute is settled and/or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; 
    Right to data portability when the personal data are being processed by automated means based on consent or contract. For that purpose, the data are provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; 
    Right to object at any time and on grounds relating to his or her particular situation when there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or litigation; 
Right not to be subject to a completed automated decision including “profiling” which produces legal effects concerning him or her, or significantly affects him or her 
  
You may exercise the rights arising out of the General Data Protection Regulation by submitting an application to the data controller personally or through a proxy, by submitted a written application, by post, via a licensed postal operator or electronically, signed with a qualified electronic signature. The application needs to contain the name, address and other information to identify you as the data subject, description of your request, preferred means of communication and actions upon your request. You need to sign your request, insert the date of submission and your correspondence address.

If in your opinion your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation have been infringed, you have a right to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
