Services of the Professional building manager:

GENERAL MEETING OF THE CONDOMINIUM

Organization and holding of the general meetings of the condominium - initiation, holding, recording and announcement of the general meetings of the condominiums according to the statutory order.

Collecting and processing of proposals and questions from the owners of the building, putting them on the condominiums' meetings, advising and assisting in decision-making, co-ordination, leadership and implementation of condominium decisions.

REPRESENTATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM BEFORE THIRD PARTIES

Management of contracts concluded by the condominium, participating in negotiations for conclusion of contracts with the condominium, taking all the necessary actions to fulfil obligations under contracts concluded by the condominium.

POSSIBILITY FOR PLANNING AND REAL EXECUTION OF PROJECTS

Preparation of an annual plan for the management and maintenance of the common parts of the building, preparation and adoption of a plan for the spending of a repairs and renovation fund by decision of the General meeting and management of all its activities, recording complete and accurate accountability for the implementation of the annual plan for the management and maintenance of the common parts of the building and for the amounts spent by the condominium.

SUPPORT AND CONSULTATIVE ASSISTANCE

Consultation on issues related to the management and welfare of condominiums. Reaction and coordination of the activities for damage prevention and accident prevention occurring in the common parts of the building.

PROPER DOCUMENTATION

Record keeping of the full set of legally required documentation of the condominium - record books, book of the building owners, income and cost book, register of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the condominium, registers for access to parts of the building and other.

TRANSPARENCY OF THE MANAGEMENT

Ensuring complete and accurate accountability of sums spent in relation to the management and maintenance of condominiums.

Submission of detailed annual reports with accurate data on the amounts collected and spent from the cashier of the Condominium.

Presentation of statistics and prognosis related to the budget of the building.
